But all older buildings need upgrades and maintenance and the airconditioning refurbishment at the Wakefield Street building is no exception.

1. Supply, installation and commissioning of two (2) rooftop packed energy recovery ventilation units, complete with associated ductwork, air diffusion, electrics and controls to serve the first and second floors.
2. Supply, installation and commissioning of two (2) in – ceiling energy recovery ventilation units to serve the air conditioning within the performance theatre.

With the new equipment installed the school can rest for years to come with an efficient system to fulfil the requirements.
