The new Care Community in Glenmore Park, Western Sydney, New South Wales, is next to the peaceful parklands and waterways of the Glenmore Loch. Currently under construction, Glenmore Park Care Community will provide high quality residential aged care services including permanent, respite and dementia care. With registered nurses on duty 24/7, it is believed that health – physical, emotional, spiritual and social – is central to residents living their best lives. The custom-designed Care Community will feature spacious indoor and outdoor areas, shaded balconies and gardens, a dedicated Memory Care Neighbourhood and a wellness centre. Types of care offered at the new Care Community in Glenmore Park are- Permanent, Respite, Dementia, Palliative

Glenmore Park Care Community is expected to open in September 2022.

Armcor worked with the NSW based contractor, to provide the external mount, energy recovery unit.

The unit had to comply with the specification drawings and the technical brief provided by the Mechanical consultant and the contractor.

The unit was required for the roof top application.

Although seemingly a straightforward project it still required Armcor’s expertise in Design and Engineering to customise and manufacture the unit.

Armcor put its XEM2000P3, standard heat recovery ERV solution for the rooftop application. The XEP units utilize the Xchange plate heat exchanger to recover the energy from the exhaust air and transfer it to the incoming fresh air, resulting in significant energy savings. The XEP2000P3 supplied for the project of  Glenmore Park Care Community had enthalpy heat exchange media.

The XEM Series is particularly suited to an optional economy bypass system. The EC Plug fans are standard on all models, providing variable speed control and optimal energy efficiency.
