The Westfield Tea Tree Plaza is a large shopping centre located in Adelaide’s growing north eastern suburbs. Major tenants include Myer, Harris Scarfe, Target, Kmart, Aldi and Hoyts. With 245 stores, Tea Tree Plaza is the second largest shopping centre in Adelaide.

Recent redevelopment plans required 2 new large air handling units. Armcor was selected as the preferred supplier and the equipment was designed with chilled water and heating coils to cater for the return air and fresh air intake requirement.

With a spectacular helicopter site lift and a professional installation, Armcor and Airmaster have succeeded in completing another quality project.
