Somerset Indooroopilly will be the new and elegant retirement community, only 7km from Brisbane’s CBD.

Pre-construction has begun and while the village is due for completion in late 2021, 40 percent of apartments have already been reserved.

Residents will share a range of high-end community facilities including a pool and spa, gymnasium, wine room, library, private dining room, outdoor barbecue areas, hairdresser, masseuse, and consultation suites for allied health professionals.

The pool and spa areas always need special attention to keep the area free from condensation and the correct use of fresh air combined with energy recovery makes for the ideal answer.

The Armcor standard XES pool packaged equipment was selected to provide ventilation with 37KW of heating and cooling capacity needed to provide comfort to future patrons.
