Europa on Alma will include a dedicated cinema with a bar and a private dining area leading outdoors to a patio, library, and creative studio for arts, crafts, and woodworking.

To maximise air quality in all these areas, Balanced Air chose to install three Energy Recovery Packaged Airconditioning units manufactured by Armcor Air Solutions.

Each unit combines the efficiency of heat exchange integrated with a packaged airconditioning system to provide a total solution to temperature control for applications that require substantial or full fresh air.
