The FRAGTC NSW Distribution Centre is underway. Design and Construction of a 65,000sqm state of the art temperature controlled automated highbay warehouse and distribution centre, including a three-storey main office and vehicle maintenance facilities, along with 127m2 carpark Lobby & Skybridge.
The completion date of this project is September 2022.
Armcor was approached by the contractor for manufacturing and supplying equipment for fit outs of the Distribution Centre. The units put into production were designed as per the specifications provided by the contractor.
The XCM625P1 was selected for the project, the XCM series is a compact, horizontal low-profile ceiling mount heat recovery unit designed for installation within a roof space. The Research & Development team at Armcor Air Solutions has radically redesigned their XCM range of ERVs, to bring to market not only the most versatile unit available but also an Australian Made leading product
Along with the XCM’s Armcor also put into the production schedule the XEM3500P3 which is our standard heat recovery ERV solution for rooftop, ground level or plant room applications. The EC Plug fans are standard on all models, providing variable speed control and optimal energy efficiency.
