Woolmer’s Estate is one of five Tasmanian convict-built World Heritage sites. The centre is being redeveloped by Melbourne businessman Nigel Peck, who has invested $3.5 million along with government funding of $1.75 million.   The development of the Nigel Peck visitors centre and the Frances Mary Archer Peck gallery required equipment with air to air heat recovery, return air bypass, EC plug fans, Hot and chilled water coils and a humidifier. All this was packaged together in the Armcor Air Solutions XC2000 external mount unit.  Humidity control was provided with an inbuilt spray with the associated controls.
