This New York style development comprises a multi storey apartment building and will blend retail and residential across nine buildings, bordered by Victoria Parade, Cambridge Street, Derby Street and Wellington Street.

Offering a mix of one, two, three, four and five bedroom dwellings, residents will enjoy 5-star hotel amenities and service over approx. 4,500 sqm of the Victoria and Vine Private Club. With construction completion scheduled for late 2021, the HVAC design required three of Armcor’s Dehumidification Units for Temperature and Humidity Control. Armcor assembled and delivered -one unit of the HTC500-12P3 and two units of HTC1000-20P3. Each of these units were fitted with the standard equipment configuration including EC plug fans, stainless steel drain tray and associated controls.
