The Victorian Government has partnered with the private sector to deliver a vibrant commercial, transport, and community precinct.

The Ballarat Station precinct is home to the heritage-listed The Goods Shed – featuring welcoming retail and dining spaces, plus a state-of-the-art Convention Centre and theatrette.

The conference and events centre consist of some 1,700m2 of meeting rooms, a 300-seat banquet space, and a 300-seat theatrette, and more than 900m2 of retail and dining options within the precinct.

Such development brings the requirement for significant fresh air indoor. A high-efficiency HVAC system proudly designed and assembled by local manufacturer Armcor services the building. The project has a combination of products carefully chosen by the project’s contractor to supply full fresh air to the precinct.
