South West Victoria’s newest and leading healthcare precinct Lyndoch Primary Care Centre is underway.

The Primary Care Centre currently under construction is due for completion in mid 2022. The medical facility will incorporate permit approval for 20 practitioners with parking for 106 car spaces across both basement and open-air spaces.

Positioned within the Lyndoch precinct and less than 10 minutes from the Warrnambool Base Hospital and St John of God Hospital this facility sure has some striking internal design features and an abundance of natural light.

Armcor worked with the Victorian contractor to provide business solutions for the leading healthcare precinct.

With its impeccable design and engineering experts Armcor provided the packaged airconditioning units and the outside air package units to the business.

Both the XEP1200P3 and XEP1500P3 units were provided in an economy cycle which further increases the efficiency in favourable ambient conditions. These units are external rooftop or ground level applications and includes energy-saving EC Plug Fans and fitted with the option of enthalpy heat exchange media.

Armcor’s OAP series are a packaged air-conditioning unit specifically designed to provide tempered supply air where there is a requirement for 100% Outside Air to be introduced into a built space. OAP500-10P3, with the standard equipment configuration including EC plug fans, stainless steel drain tray and associated controls with also put into the production schedule along with the other XEP Units.

With nominal capacities of 500 l/sec, and a cooling capacity range of 10kW, the OAP unit supplied is project specific, designed for the appropriate climatic conditions and the requires outlet supply temperature.

These units were specially designed and manufactured as per the project requirements. Armcor delivered a hassle-free on time delivery of the units.
