Armcor Fresh Air Equipment for Education Village in NSW

Lindfield Learning Village is a new school with a difference. The concept is that students take responsibility for their own learning with teaching happening around ‘waterholes’ or ‘campfires’ and high schoolers mentoring kinder kids.

Stage 1 opened in term 1 of 2019. Armcor was selected to provide 10 packaged air-conditioning ERV units with cooling capacities from 46kW to 100kW.

Stage 2 required more equipment ready for the 2021 school year.  Again, Armcor was approached to manufacture another 16 units.

With COVID-19 impacting every area, Armcor was challenged to pull together all the necessary components, including the advanced inverter compressors that were specified with these units.

In this industry, a manufacturer must be very responsive. Despite a full production schedule, it was imperative for Armcor to serve an existing customer on a project where we had a proven track record.

The Armcor team pulled this together with the procurement and engineering team working together, supported by the production and QA processes to see another project successfully completed, installed, and operating for the opening of the 2021 school year.
