A recent refurbishment of Block H included an upgrade of the air conditioning and the installation of two Dehumidification units with the capacity to each introduce 2000 l/sec of fresh air and provide 95kW of cooling.

Dehumid equipment is the ideal solution for this sort of application as it utilizing an energy recovery process and specially designed coils to provide a high cooling capacity with a relatively low air volume. This configuration particularly suits the humid tropical weather of Northern Australia.
