An old shopping centre in a regional city has been demolished to make way for a multi-million-dollar office building.
The contractor approached Australian Made – Armcor Air solutions for it’s versatile solutions for fresh air.
The need of a packaged airconditioning unit was seamlessly fulfilled by slotting the XEP900P3S unit into the production schedule and manufacturing it as per the project requirements.
The XEP combines the efficiency of heat exchange integrated with a packaged airconditioning system to provide a total solution to temperature control for applications that require substantial or full fresh air.
The unit configuration suits external rooftop or ground level applications and includes energy-saving EC Plug Fans and the option of sensible heat exchange media that was selected.
The contractor also put forward the project requirements of an external mount unit.
XEM6000P3 was selected with the Sensible heat exchange media for fresh air solutions. Armcor’s XEM series is a standard heat recovery ERV solution for rooftop, ground level or plant room applications. These units utilize the Xchange plate heat exchanger to recover the energy from the exhaust air and transfer it to the incoming fresh air, resulting in significant energy savings.
EC Plug fans are standard on all models, providing variable speed control and optimal energy efficiency.
Armcor prides itself in providing state of the art, energy efficient solutions to their consultant and contractors.
