There is a new sustainable hub, Glenroy Community Hub- formerly the Wheatsheaf Hub, provides the community with a welcoming, nature-inspired environment to learn, grow and celebrate.
The project comprises a large-scale civic building including early learning, community library, maternal-child health, community health, neighbourhood learning, and extensive play spaces, car parking and community areas. This building is aiming to be both Green Star and Passive house rated. The budget of this project is about $30M, and the construction is underway from July 2020. It is expected to be completed in December 2021.
The contractor worker with Armcor Air Solutions to provide a total efficient solution to temperature control for applications that require substantial or full fresh air. With the option of Sensible heat exchange media and EC plug fans in the economy cycle the units- XEP2500P3S -EC, XEP1200P3S -EC, XEP900P3S-EC, were manufactured and assembled. Two units each of XEP2500P3S -EC and XEP900P3S-EC and a single unit of XEP1200P3S -EC were put into production.
The XEP combines the efficiency of heat exchange integrated with a packaged airconditioning system to provide a total solution to temperature control for applications that require substantial or full fresh air. These unit configuration suits external rooftop or ground level applications.
