Data centres have specific cooling requirements, but the introduction of fresh air is also essential for occupancy and maintenance personnel and this requires the fresh air treatment.
The Metronode Data Centre had the requirement for two roof mounted DX ERV units that could supply 1200 and 1500 l/sec of fresh air. The equipment contained digital compressors and electronic expansion valves to optimise efficiency.
