Located between Bourke Street and Little Collins Street, the luxurious Meriton Suites Melbourne will feature 298 luxury apartment-style hotel suites, including 2 exclusive top floor Penthouse Collection Suites offering unrivalled views and impeccable luxury.

With more space than a traditional hotel room, each individual suite will include a residential-sized architecturally designed gourmet kitchen with European-style appliances. The hotel will also feature an indoor hotel guest pool, spa and fitness centre for guests to access.

Armcor Air Solutions have been pleased to work along side Victorian Contractor, Auscool Air Conditioning & Mechanical Services Pty Ltd to meet the requirements of this prestigious 5-Star project.

The building is both a landmark and prominent offering unrivalled views and impeccable luxury, with the halfway mark of construction already underway.

Armcor, with it’s design, engineering and manufacturing expertise, offered the XEC Series equipment to fulfill the needs of the project.

Armcor’s XEC1600P3 was put into the production schedules to provide state of the art, energy efficient solutions that reliably and economically created happier and healthier environments. With the capacity of 1600 l/sec and hot water coils, this energy recovery air handling unit was fitted with energy saving EC plug fans and polypropylene heat exchange media.

The XEC1600P3, hot water coil unit was seamlessly manufactured and delivered for the award-winning brand.
