The Mareeba Leagues Club Air Handler Design was unique. The Consultant specified the layout which necessitated the Rotary Wheel being mounted horizontally and the return air ductwork coming through the unit base.
Overall the unit was 3.5 metres tall and included five energy efficient EC Plug fans and bag filters to supply the 4500 l/sec air requirement.
Rotary Heat Wheels are known to be the most efficient ERV system and although they sometimes have physical limitations, Armcor was able to modify the existing standard designs to meet most unique requirements.
