Loreto Mandeville Hall Toorak is an independent Roman Catholic single-sex primary and secondary day school for girls, located in Toorak, a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is one of many Loreto schools around the world, established by the Loreto Sisters founded some 400 years ago by Mary Ward.
The St Georges Redevelopment’s main objective is to better accommodate the ongoing educational needs of students in years 7 to 9. The new buildings would enhance the standard of facilities, ensuring the school will continue to meet; the frequently evolving requirements of the community, changes in education demands and contemporary educational curriculums.
Armcor Air Solutions were approached by the contractor for the standard heat recovery ERV Roof top solution for the St George’s Redevelopment project at the Loreto Mandeville Hall, Toorak St.
This is one of the projects where Armcor supplied two of their standard XEM units without any modifications. These units were delivered at the construction site as required in line with the building program. Two rooftop units were fitted with our standard enthalpy heat exchange media and EC plug fans.
As the St George’s Redevelopment Project continues to progress, the goal is to be completed by the end of 2021. Rest assured these new units installed the school can last for years to come with an efficient system to fulfil the requirements.
