Armcor regularly gets the challenges.
Icon Water, is the water and wastewater public utility providing drinking water and wastewater services to the ACT.
For a particular project, Icon needed a special air handling unit to enclose a Munters evaporative module that was 3000 wide by 1600 high and include a fan with a capacity of 12500 l/sec and a matching filter bank.
Rising to the challenge, Armcor designed the configuration and built the Air Handling Unit using 50mm insulated pane with a backward curved centrifugal fan and Panel filters and Bag filters installed in the inlet. Complete with the the Munters evaporative module, this special custom product is another example of the Armcor flexibility to manufacture to client requirements.
