The $250 million Griffith Base Hospital Redevelopment involved the planning, design and delivery of a hospital designed to meet the needs of Griffith and the surrounding communities both now and into the future. The project is being delivered in several phases. They include early and enabling works on the health campus and the delivery of a new multi-storey hospital in the main works.
The proposed works comprise the construction of a non-clinical support building, temporary paediatrics unit, temporary car park, demolition of redundant buildings, and site wide infrastructure to include a new oxygen storage tank.
Armcor Air Solutions were thrilled to be associated with the Mechanical contractor in providing the perfect engineering and design solutions to suffice the needs and requirement of the Griffith Hospital Early Works project. Armcor’s Dehumidification Outside Air Package units (OAP) were the best suited as these series are a packaged air-conditioning unit specifically designed to provide tempered supply air where there is a requirement for 100% Outside Air to be introduced into a built space. The two rooftop package units OAP900P3, OAP2500P3 were supplied with a standard equipment configuration including DX Coil, Stainless Steel Drain Tray and EC plug fans.
Armcor Air Solution continues to deliver state of art, energy efficient solutions to its consultants and contractors in the form of hassle-free projects.
