The Good Shepherd Home new multi-level facility offers a range of flexible care options to cater for Townsville’s aged community.   Completed over two stages and featuring three levels, the new wing will feature 90 rooms all with private ensuites, a premium accommodation floor, a high care accommodation floor and an entire level dedicated to the care of dementia patients.  Armcor involvement included the supply of 15 ceiling mounted fan coil units with heat recovery and chilled water coils to provide efficient cooling and the capacity of 100% fresh air required for the comfort of the residents.
