Armcor Air Solutions are looking to expand our national sales team. The position will suit a resourceful person with experience in sales or with experience in the HVAC industry and wanting to move into a career in sales.
The Role
• Manage existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets
• Develop new customer contacts
• Identify opportunities to generate additional sales
• Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Develop and maintain specialist product knowledge
• Travel (including interstate) as required
Specific Responsibilities
• Prospecting through communication with clients
• Overview tender documents and liaise with the estimating team
• Provide project advice and technical product solutions
• Preparation of technical specifications and documentation
• Consistent follow up communications to achieve the sale
About You
• Knowledge and experience of the air-conditioning industry is preferred.
• Strong interest in technical sales, acquiring new business and maintaining relationships
• Analytical, resourceful, self-motivated, energetic and persistent
• High level interpersonal and telephone communication skills
• Target driven team player with attention to detail
• Ability to get through to the decision maker
• Experience in Microsoft Office and CRM database use
