Armcor equipment at the forefront of energy saving

Through our long-term relationship with Auscool, Armcor has supplied equipment for the new double-fronted Albert Park development site featuring premium and bespoke apartment residences.

Victoriana is a new significant development. Situated on the fringe of Melbourne’s CBD, Victoriana will provide 250 residential apartments over 18 levels. The apartment complex will offer a mix of one, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom dwellings.

Residents will also enjoy 5-star hotel amenities including their very own, health club, rooftop lounge, spa retreat, private dining facilities, infinity pool and sundeck, outdoor cinema, co-working spaces, business lounge, an NYC-inspired bar, library, and Teppanyaki bar.

To complete the HVAC requirements, Mechanical Contractor Auscool turned to Armcor to manufacture the equipment.

70 Ceiling Mounted Energy Recovery Ventilation units (ERV) were installed at the site to provide an efficient supply of fresh air to the large open spaces.

Armcor worked with Auscool to ensure goods were delivered on-site and on time.
