For more than 150 years, Fitzroy Gardens in East Melbourne has been treasured by the local community. The rows of trees forming a grand Union Jack design, a nod to the British monarchy and harks to Melbourne’s European influence of times gone by.

The Eastbourne is a quality apartment project with 275 units on the site formerly occupied by the Dallas Brooks Centre, built in 1969.

The luxurious pool, gymnasium and a yoga-pilates room are orientated to embrace natural light from the northern aspect.
The controlled indoor environment incorporates a fresh air provision utilizing an Armcor ERV fitted with a Hot water coil to maintain optimum indoor design conditions. The configuration required a top discharge unit and Armcor was easily able to adapt the standard design to provide equipment specific for the purpose.
