Spring Lakes Resort is Bundaberg’s first over 50s Riverfront Golf Resort Retirement Village.

Set on 50 acres of riverfront land, overlooking 29 acres of the golf course and open space, Spring Lakes Resort will have a 32-seat cinema, art and craft room, library, dance floor, lounge and dining area, a gymnasium, an outdoor lap pool and heated hydro-pool to keep the residents active, along with outdoor leisure and barbecue areas.

Earthworks are well advanced and construction of the first villas is about to start at Bundaberg’s newest over 50s community, Spring Lakes Resort.

Armcor was delighted to be the chosen manufacturer and supplier of a packaged air conditioning unit at the new facility.

The solution provided was Armcor’s standard XEM unit that has the required 5000 l/sec capacity. The XEM5000P3 unit with sensible recovery media was slotted into the production schedule, delivered to the site, installed, and commissioned.
