Fresh conditioned air at the new boutique retirement village in Highton
Ryman Healthcare’s plan to build a new $100 million retirement village in Geelong, Victoria is well underway.
The new village in Highton will be the healthcare’s sixth village in Australia and will offer Geelong residents a range of retirement living options as well as aged care and specialist dementia care.
Featuring independent living apartments and townhouses, assisted living apartments, and an aged care centre, it will also include an indoor pool, hair and beauty salons, a bowling green, and a movie theatre.
To compliment this, an HVAC system was based around air being supplied with Armcor’s Air Handling Unit, providing fresh and conditioned air through hot and chilled water coils.
AHUs can incorporate a hot water coil, a chilled water coil, a DX coil refrigerant coil or a combination of these.
Using a local supplier/manufacturer like Armcor Air Solutions ensures delivery is always precise, on time, and projects are completed as efficiently as possible.
