The next generation of Defence facilities

Armcor is associated with the new $274 million RAAF Base Williamtown Stage 2 Redevelopment project.

Works include building new office accommodation for more than 950 personnel over five levels, which includes a new auditorium for 250 personnel, a new Army and Air Force Canteen Service facility, and a commercial precinct.

Due for completion this year, such areas where army personnel congregate need a good supply of fresh air to ensure continued efficiency and effectiveness of the operations carried out by staff members within the RAAF.

The mechanical contractor worked with Armcor to develop a specific full fresh air unit to control both the temperature and the humidity.
