The air-conditioning design for the Paediatrics and Pathology building at the Nauru Processing Centre called for a Dehumidification equipment capable of cooling the building with consideration to the specific climatic conditions of the Nauru Island. An Armcor Air Solutions Dehumidification unit with 36 kW of cooling capacity was selected and customised to include two stages, with a digital compressor for stage 1 and a fixed speed compressor for stage 2.  Utilising the energy efficiency of EC Plug fans the unit was manufactured and delivered on time to Brisbane for shipment to Nauru.
