Christies Beach Police Station was due for a replacement and upgrade of it’s existing air handling unit.

The new design called for an update to re-install a new Energy Recovery Unit to maximise incoming fresh air at the station. The chosen unit was the Armcor’s XEM External Mount Unit.

The XEM series is our standard heat recovery ERV solution for rooftop, ground-level or plant room applications. These units utilise the Xchange plate heat exchanger to recover the energy from the exhaust air and transfer it to the incoming fresh air, resulting in significant energy savings.

• Economy Cycle
• Various control options
