Melbourne’s Premier Build-To-Rent Project
8 buildings with a combined total of 437 apartments. Extensive retail activation including a 3,800m2 supermarket, seven specialty retail tenancies and commercial office.
Caulfield Village Precinct 2 North, one of Melbourne’s premier Build-To-Rent projects, has completed excavation and inground services, with all four tower cranes now up and operating to service each corner of the expansive footprint of the project. The concrete structure is progressing with over 15,730m2 completed across slab on ground and the suspended structure. The Ground floor is currently being formed up which will be home to a Coles supermarket and retail and commercial tenancies. In the coming months, the team is looking to significantly progress the structure, while continuing design development and fabrication of services and façade components of the eight buildings. Once complete, Caulfield Village Precinct 2 North will feature over 400 BTR apartments and associated retail and commercial tenancies.
Armcor Air Solutions were pleased to join hands with the contractor- Ellis Airconditioning (VIC) Pty Ltd for the Stage 2 fit-out of the Melbourne’s premier Build-To-Rent project at Caulfield Village Precinct 2 North.
The fit-out required an installation of the XES Swim Pool Packaged Air conditioning unit. Designed with the specific need to overcome condensation and the corrosive nature of the chlorine laden air, the XES unit includes EC Plug Fans, in-built filters, and polypropylene plate heat exchange media. The cabinet and components are lined with a corrosion-resistant coating.
