Regis’ development of new aged care homes in Perth, Western Australia continues to progress with Regis Port Coogee opening 2018. This contemporary aged care facility is conveniently located near Perth CBD and the Port Coogee Marina. It offers innovative aged care services including ageing-in-place, dementia care and respite care and a variety of additional services for residents with hotel-style services.

The contemporary 120-place aged care facility, overlooks the Port Coogee Marina. Residents will enjoy expansive views of the ocean as well as hotel style services with Club Services features to include Foxtel, Wi-Fi, onsite café, day spa, library, cinema and hair salon.

Each of the East, Central and West wings are served by a separate ERV unit capable of providing the specified fresh air requirement whilst recovering the energy from the exhaust air.

Armcor was able to effortlessly provide equipment to meet the specifications, provide reliable performance with minimum maintenance.
