When an intense fire ripped through the luxury car showroom at Mike Carney Toyota and Lexus, in May 2016, it caused irreparable structural damage to the building and a repair bill close to $6 million.

The repair and refurbishment required new airconditioning which is essential in new car sales and service centres as they require a high degree of quality indoor air to make the customer stay until the purchase decision is made.

With the special requirement of vertical intake and discharge, Armcor was able to provide a solution that incorporated the bag air filters, the 4 row corrosion protected coils, and the variable speed EC plug fans.
