The Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating (AIRAH) has created an information hub dealing with the prevention of the airborne spread of COVID-19.
The resources that AIRAH has collected are now freely available to help the HVAC industry and broader to stay up to date and informed on these crucial topics.
The resources collected comprise of a suite of videos, guides and articles that reflect the latest thinking on indoor air quality (IAQ) and preventing the spread of COVID-19.
The expertise that different speakers got with them came from the fields of epidemiology to aerosol physics, from filtration to data analytics, from HVAC engineering controls right through to practical building services strategies.
At least, no matter what happens next in the pandemic, knowledge will be key, and that’s what this initiative was all about.
