As a part of ARMCOR Service policies, we are all always ready to provide help to you regarding any issues in the Unit/s supplied. However, please note that ARMCOR is not Service provider to have a regular routine Service call out/site visits.
In following the warranty terms and policies, For Site Visits ARMCOR may request an initial screening and investigation to be done by one of the local technicians and send the report to us before accepting any Technician Site visit call. This enables us to ensure that our response is in line with the specifics of the issue at hand and adheres to our warranty terms.

All equipment is covered by a parts warranty only(unless labour warranty was purchased at the time of order). ARMCOR is committed to provide technical phone assistance for installation and commissioning.
We can also send a trained technician to carry out commissioning and set up of control systems on site if required (excluding any air balancing). We request that all air balancing and full electrical connection is completed before site attendance.
Our standard process for addressing warranty and service is:
We will liaise with the installing contractor to identify the problem. This may require photos, commissioning report, and/or further information to determine a solution.
–We will confirm if the equipment is covered by warranty, or the service is chargeable.
– If replacement parts are required, we will supply these to be installed by the contractor.
– If the fault is deemed to be due to faulty manufacturing workmanship, ARMCOR may in some circumstances, cover some costs at their own discretion.
– If site attendance by a service technician is necessary, this can be arranged by:
– an agreement to pay the costs of rectification/service to be completed by the installing contractor or a local technician.
– Approval and a PURCHASE ORDER must be issued to ARMCOR before any work commences.
– An ARMCOR service technician attending site to investigate and rectify faults. A purchase order or credit card details must be provided prior to attendance.
– Minimum Charges will apply for Technician site visits, this will also includes the travel expenses.
i. Call Out Fee $100.00 + GST.
ii. Hourly Charge $150.00 + GST (minimum 4 hrs) Please note this is the standard call out fee for sites that are within 100 Km radius of Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide all other areas including regional areas will be priced individually.
